REGISTRATION FEES

Registration packages will cover conference access, morning and afternoon refreshments, the Welcome Reception, two lunches, the conference dinner and conference material, including the detailed program and the summaries.

Accompanying persons are invited to attend social events after registration.

Early registration rates will be available until April, 15^th 2018, after which the registration fees will be significantly increase.

MEANS OF PAYMENT

Payments must be made in advance and in Euro (€), using one of the following payment methods :

• On-line payment (paybox system) - means of payment to privilege if you can: all credit cards are accepted except American Express (transaction costs too high). Participants who have chosen this payment method will be redirected to a secure online payment site after completing the registration form.
• Bank transfer : You can do a bank transfert to the bank account. Click here find our RIB information. Please, mention in the transfert title your firstname and name + C2018UPSPC03.
  Your registration will only be validated once the payment has been made. You will then receive a mail of confirmation. If you use the bank transfer option, please do proceed urgently and let us know about.
  Be aware that the corresponding and registration confirmation mails sent by the electronic system may be delivered to your junk mail folder that you may wish to check.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying persons are welcome to assist to the social events after registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund of registration fees may be possible only in case of force majeure. Cancellation request
must be written and sent to cellule-congres.contact@univ-tlse3.fr before April 15th, 2018. 
Cancellations received after this cut-off time will not be eligible for refund.
